- Admission - all patrons must have a ticket regardless of age
- Photographs - flash photography or the use of any audio or video recording device is not permitted as they violate copyright and can create distractions.
- Cell Phones and Pagers - all theatergoers with cell phones, pagers, or any communication devices are asked to turn them off during performance times.
- Smoking and Tobacco Products - smoking and the use of all other tobacco products are strictly prohibited within the amphitheater.
- Concessions - an assortment of beverages and light snacks will be available prior to the show and during intermission.
- Pets - with the exception of dogs assisting disabled patrons, pets are not permitted in the theater area.
- Special Needs Accommodations - every effort will be made to accommodate theatergoers with special needs.
- Late Arrivals - Show starts a promptly at 8:00p.m. Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of theater management and may be asked to take temporary seating until intermission.
- Parking - is available throughout the park for your convenience
- Restrooms - are located at the rear of the amphitheater and across the road next to the playing fields
- Cancellation Policy- No performance will be cancelled prior to 7:30 p.m. However, if a performance has to be cancelled prior to intermission, you may redeem your ticket(s) for a rain check ticket for any remaining performance. Note-rain check tickets do not guarantee the same seat location as the original. If you are unable to attend any of the remaining productions, or no performances are remaining, you may return your ticket(s) by mail and request a refund. No rain checks will be issued to patrons who leave the amphitheater of their own volition. All refund requests must be submitted to Riders of the Flood, 601 Clay Street, Ronceverte, West Virginia 24970, within 30 days after the cancellation date. If a performance has to be cancelled after intermission, no rain checks or refunds will be issued.
